Required Experience / Skills :
- 6 months to 2 years experience with US Staffing
- Strong experience in recruiting for Engineering or IT or Healthcare orPharma positions
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes
Responsibilities :
