Salary - 25k-35k depending on work experience and trial work quality. + video based incentives as well.

We are looking for a talented Video Editor / Creative Strategist to join our team and create direct response ad creatives that drive conversions.

Role Overview

This is not just about aesthetic & professional edits – our number one goal is conversions . You’ll be editing direct response style ads , including but not limited to :

UGC ads

TikTok / Reels style short-form content

AI avatar videos / VEO 3 or other AI generated content

Documentary-style VSLs

Product demos & testimonials

Story-driven ads

SKILLS REQUIRED (VERY IMPORTANT) :

Should be aware about all the content trends and current styles in the field of content.

Should know how to use AI tools like ELEVENLABS & VEO 3.

Willingness to adapt and update themselves with latest trends and market dynamics.

What You’ll Do

✍️ Write crisp, engaging scripts

️ Source and curate the right clips

⚡ Edit compelling short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Work on exciting new products every alternate day

Location : Remote (Freedom to work from anywhere)

(soon will move to onsite)

Future Scope : This role starts as Video Editor , but as we grow, I want you to step into higher-level roles like Creative Strategist.

Also along with the base salary, we’ll work upon an incentive structure based on high performing videos.
