Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing professional to lead our alcohol brand portfolio, starting with the launch of RTD cocktails (8% & 16% ABV) and expanding into premium whiskey and exports to UAE & Sri Lanka.

The ideal candidate must have strong industry exposure, deep market connections, and the capability to build and manage teams while aligning with our long-term brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Develop and execute sales strategies for RTD and future spirits portfolio.
• Build and manage distributor and retail partnerships across India.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve targets across channels.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and category opportunities.
• Manage pricing, margins, and profitability.
• Build, mentor, and lead the sales team.
