Accounting and Finance Specialist

Job Title : Accountant / Finance Executive – (Dubai, UAE)

We are hiring a qualified Accountant (4–8 years’ experience) for a growing technology company in Dubai, UAE. This is a core finance role with limited admin / customer-related tasks.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting and finance, including :

Full bookkeeping and general ledger management (AP, AR, reconciliations).

Preparing P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow statements, and monthly management reports.

Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.

VAT and tax compliance, including filings and proper documentation.

Managing billing, collections, and payments for domestic and international transactions.

Supporting import / export and basic inventory / stock accounting where applicable.

Implementing and improving finance processes, internal controls, and ERP / accounting systems.

You will also coordinate with vendors and customers on invoices, payments, and order-related updates, and support basic office / admin documentation as needed.

Candidate Profile

4–8 years of experience in accounting / finance, preferably in a technology company or startup environment.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, VAT, and international transactions.

Hands-on experience with ERP / Accounting software.

• Excellent analytical, numerical, and documentation skills;

high attention to detail.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Keen to use technology to automate and improve finance processes.
