Job Title : TPI Engineer – IOCL West Bengal Project, IOCL KOLKATA, HALDIA, DURGAPUR , SILIGUDI

Job Description

We are hiring Third-Party Inspection (TPI) Engineers for supervision, inspection, verification, certification, vetting, and measurement of works at IOCL Retail Outlets and construction sites across West Bengal. The role involves issuing clearances for online critical work permits, daily site inspections, progress reporting, and coordination with IOCL officials and contractors.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma Engineer with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience or

Graduate Engineer with minimum 1 year of experience

Must clear IOCL competency test on OISD 225 & PNGRB guidelines (minimum 95%)

Skills & Requirements

Knowledge of safety procedures and field inspection

Proficiency in report preparation and use of digital tools (laptop / smartphone)

Must possess a valid conveyance (2-wheeler / 4-wheeler)

Willingness to travel within assigned Retail Sales Areas

Location : Across various Divisional Offices of IOCL – West Bengal / SILIGURI / DURGAPUR / HALDIA
