Research Associate (Pre-field Team) : India

Job description :

As a Research Associate with the Numerator Pre-field Team, you will be a vital member of our team, focusing on impeccable quality deliverables for your assigned projects. Your responsibilities will include building surveys in our programming platforms (Qualtrics and / or Alchemer), deployment and soft-launch of the survey using our proprietary tool (Atlas), quota and field management, quality checking data in the field, making report links, and drafting tab plans for the final crosstabs of the project. You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned survey projects with U.S. team members.

Shift Timings : Rotating

General Shift : 11 : 00 a.m.-8 : 00 p.m. IST

Late Evening Shift : 5 : 30 PM IST-2 : 30 AM IST (5 days in a month)

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Skills Desired

• Bachelor's degree (any field) with a passion for marketing, research, and account management or growth
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-confidence coupled with strong presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working with large data sets is a plus.
• Experience in Python and / or JavaScript is a plus.
• A logical mindset can handle intricate logic.
