Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows-based products and solutions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve product-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of reported issues and resolutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.
