About this Role :
This role is part of the Swiggy Scenes- Revenue & Growth Team. This role comprises Growth Planning and driving execution & creative excellence. The role is based out of Bangalore with three days a week work from office routine.
Responsibilities :
Monthly target planning , tracking the performance & taking corrective measures to ensure we deliver our MoP / QoP goals
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure execution excellence for delivery MoM
Reporting & tracking of weekly performance, publishing to stakeholders & taking corrective measures with the team to ensure delivery of results
Conduct regular reviews of key performance metrics and adapt project plans based on insights and business needs
Drive end-to-end ownership of key business initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Develop and manage dashboards, trackers, and scorecards to monitor business KPIs and project impact.
Build and maintain regular reporting cadences for leadership and relevant stakeholders, simplifying complex data into clear narratives.
Skillsets :
Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret and act on business metrics
Utilize various tools and techniques to extract data from multiple sources
Process and organize raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Excel skills to create, automate, and maintain daily / weekly business performance reports
Experience in using data to identify trends, track KPIs, and actionable insights
Proven experience in account management, negotiation, and client servicing
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and operational efficiency
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
