🚀 Hiring Backend Technical Lead at Dialflo – Build Dialect Aware AI Systems that talks like a Human!

At Dialflo, we’re building Shopify Over Calls – letting businesses run everything through AI-powered voice calls, making phone numbers their new business identity. We’re a Bangalore-based, funded startup, on a mission to build a global brand from India, powered by a team of engineers obsessed with building cutting-edge tech.

What You'll Build

  • Lead the design and development of production-ready voice AI agents.
  • Core backend infrastructure for concurrent voice AI conversations
  • Real-time voice processing and AI orchestration systems
  • Scalable APIs and monitoring systems for AI deployments
  • High-performance data pipelines
  • Mentor and guide the engineering team, enforcing best practices and clean code.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and roadmap planning.

Requirements

  • Strong Python expertise and system design skills
  • Production experience with REST APIs (FastAPI preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis
  • Hands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) and scalable system design.
  • Deep understanding of speech AI technologies : STT, TTS, ASR, and NLP.
  • Ability to write clean, tested, and maintainable code

  • Experience with WebRTC or real-time communication
  • Background in audio processing or ML deployment
  • Contributions to open-source projects
  • Experience with distributed systems
