Role Overview
As Compensation Manager, you’ll lead compensation structuring, payroll validation, performance management cycles, and policy governance. You’ll also drive automation, analytics, and compliance across HR operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / Master’s in HR, Finance, or related field
- 5–8 years in compensation operations, payroll advisory, or HR shared services
- Strong grasp of labour laws, CTC structuring, HRIS systems
- High proficiency in Excel
