Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Execution & Ownership

  • End-to-End Initiative Ownership : Own and manage the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, from planning and market analysis to implementation and performance measurement, with a focus on maximizing revenue, customer experience, and brand equity.
  • Strategic thinking & execution on ways & means to achieve sales velocity with market prizing or prize escalation also strategizing ways to optimize the cost to maximize the profitability.
  • Operational Alignment : Ensure strategic initiatives are operationally feasible and scalable, working closely with internal teams to integrate the initiatives seamlessly into the existing workflow.
  • Cross-Departmental Planning : Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to create a comprehensive, actionable strategy that aligns with the company's overarching goals and vision.
  • Prioritization and Focus : Prioritize critical projects that drive long-term growth, aligning daily tasks and resources toward achieving these high-impact goals.

2. Founder’s Office Project Management

  • Program Oversight : Directly manage the most critical projects, ensuring proper tracking and monitoring of key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Decision-Making Support : Provide data-backed insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team, facilitating high-stakes decision-making with precision and accuracy.
  • Deal with Cross-Functional Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on key initiatives, from business development and operations to finance and marketing.
  • Risk Mitigation : Identify and proactively address project risks, creating contingency plans to mitigate obstacles and ensure that critical timelines are met.
  • 3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Facilitate seamless coordination between business & support functions to execute strategic initiatives and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Influencing Key Stakeholders : Lead negotiations and discussions with partners, clients, and key decision-makers to ensure strategic objectives are understood, supported, and executed.
  • Stakeholder Alignment : Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Conflict Resolution : Resolve potential conflicts or disagreements between stakeholders in a professional, solution-oriented manner, ensuring business objectives remain the top priority.
  • 4. Thought Partnership & Decision Support

  • Trusted Advisor : Act as a sounding board for the CEO, senior leadership, and other stakeholders on critical business decisions related to strategy, growth, and product innovation.
  • Ambiguity Resolution : Provide clarity and direction in ambiguous business situations by leveraging data, research, and industry insights, ensuring the team remains focused and aligned.
  • First-Principles Problem Solving : Apply structured problem-solving techniques and first-principles thinking to deconstruct challenges and identify effective, data-driven solutions.
  • Business Case Development : Lead the development of compelling business cases for new initiatives, including competion research, ROI analysis, and customer impact studies.
  • Strategic Review : Regularly assess the performance of ongoing projects and initiatives, providing feedback and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
  • 5. Leadership & Team Development

  • Leadership Coaching : Support the CEO and leadership team in enhancing their leadership effectiveness, including providing coaching, facilitating discussions, and encouraging high-performance cultures.
  • Performance Reviews : Work with HR and department leads to design performance metrics, track team progress, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Succession Planning : Work with senior leadership & HR to identify, develop, and mentor high-potential (n-1) leaders within the organization, ensuring a strong internal leadership pipeline.
  • Team Culture : Foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across teams, promoting a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented organizational culture.
  • 6. Strategic Communication & Brand Representation

  • Voice : Act as the communication backbone for the CEO, managing internal and external communications, including crafting updates, presentations, and strategic reports.
  • Brand Ambassador : Represent the CEO and the company in key industry forums, public events, and stakeholder meetings, positioning the firm as a leader in the real estate industry
  • Data-Driven Communication : Use analytics and insights to craft compelling, data-backed communications that inform stakeholders of strategic progress, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Investor Relations : Assist in the creation of investor presentations, quarterly reports, and updates, ensuring that the company’s performance and vision are clearly communicated.
  • 7. Operational Excellence

  • Process Optimization : Identify and drive improvements in business operations, with a focus on increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer experience.
  • Technology Integration : Oversee the integration of new tools, platforms, and technologies, ensuring that new processes are seamlessly integrated into existing systems and aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Resource Management : Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure that teams are fully equipped to deliver on their strategic goals, ensuring scalability for future growth.
  • Sustainability and Compliance : Ensure that all projects comply with industry regulations, sustainability practices, and internal policies.

  • Constantly evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to keep the company ahead of industry shifts and technological advances.

    1. Strategic Execution Rate : Percentage of real estate projects delivered on time, within scope, and meeting key business outcomes.

    3. Operational Efficiency : Effective management of resources and timelines for high-priority projects across the organization.

    4. Change Adoption : Successful integration of new initiatives, technologies, and business models with high engagement and minimal disruption.

    Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for degrees in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or equivalent advanced degree from tier 1 institution.
  • Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in a strategic planning, Chief of Staff, or leadership role in the real estate industry or similar fast-paced sectors.
  • Knowledge

  • Real Estate Market : Solid understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and key performance metrics.
  • Business Strategy : Expertise in corporate strategy, operational planning, and project management within a real estate context.
  • Change Management : Experience in driving change within real estate organizations, including technology adoption, process optimization, and cultural transformation.
  • Data & Analytics : Ability to analyse performance metrics and leverage data to inform decisions and strategies.
  • Skills

  • Analytical Thinking : Strong ability to break down complex problems, analyse data, and create actionable solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Project Management : Proficient in managing large-scale projects, using methodologies such as Agile or Lean, and keeping multiple projects on track simultaneously.
  • Communication : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership : Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive teams towards common goals and hold them accountable.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Management : Ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Experience

  • Proven experience in multiple real estate projects from founders / CEO office.
  • Previous experience in high-growth real estate firms, market expansion initiatives, or large-scale property development projects is a plus.
  • Strong track record of successfully delivering strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, and market competitiveness.
