- Provide a 'wow' experience for our customers by going the extra mile – enquiries are via email / chat , or via phone call
- Help implement new efficiencies and process to improve our customer service and speed
- Provide solutions to problems quickly and efficiently
- Design email responses to leave customers happy and satisfied
- Work closely with customer service team to support and motivate each other
