Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive (Non-IT | Operations Hiring)

Namakkal (HQ) with occasional field interviews across TN (10–20%)

Work Mode : On-site | Full-time

Experience : 1–4 years

About the role

We’re building a fast, predictable hiring engine for frontline and staff roles. You’ll own the funnel end-to-end— requisition → sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → pre-boarding —so the business gets the right people quickly and consistently.

What you’ll do

Run structured

requisition intake

(JD validation, budget, TAT, panel, scorecards).

Source daily on

Naukri / LinkedIn / Indeed , referrals, and local networks; build

ready pipelines

for recurring roles (Outlet Manager, Transport Supervisor, Accounts Exec, Dispatch, Technicians).

Use

Boolean search , geo-targeting, and knockout filters to keep only qualified profiles.

Conduct

pre-screen calls / video , manage assignments for staff roles, and schedule interviews with same-day feedback capture.

Drive

offer management

(CTC fitment, negotiations, joining confirmation),

reference checks , and

BGV .

Maintain weekly

TA MIS

(sourced → screened → interviewed → offered → joined), monitor ageing, and improve channel ROI.

Coordinate with 1–2 vetted

agencies / freelancers

to strict SLAs (top-5 profiles / day, 90-day replacement).

What you’ll bring

3–7 years

of recruiting (non-IT / volume hiring preferred).

Hands-on with

Naukri Resdex

and / or

LinkedIn Recruiter / on-site recruitment ; solid

Boolean

skills.

Experience hiring frontline operations + entry / mid staff; basic

Excel / Sheets .

Comfort with

GreytHR / Zoho / ATS

workflows (or similar).

  • Strong communication;

Tamil + English

preferred.

Success metrics (your KPIs)

Time-to-Hire :

reduce average TTH by

≥30% in 90 days

(frontline ≤10 days; staff ≤25 days).

Offer → Join : ≥70%

  • conversion;
  • ≤10%

    no-show on DOJ.

    Pipeline Health :

    2–3× pipeline for top 5 recurring roles; ≥60% pass hiring-manager screen.

    Process Discipline :

    100% roles with JD / scorecard; same-day interview feedback logged.
