Oracle HCM Cloud - Fast Formula Technical Consultant

Candidates should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and must be able to join us immediately or within 15days

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Developer to design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas used across the HCM modules. The candidate must have experience in :

• Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula (Payroll, OTL, Absence, Benefits, etc.)
• Writing complex conditional logic and calculations
• Oracle HCM implementations or support projects
• Designing and implementing Fast Formulas for various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including :
• Payroll Calculation Rules
• Absence Accruals and Plans
• Benefits Eligibility
• Compensation Rules
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing formulas
• Utilizing Formula Results, Formula Messages, and Formula Logging for debugging and audit tracing
• Using database items (DBIs), context variables, and input values effectively in formula logic
• Collaborating with technical and functional teams during system implementations
