About Student Housing at Zolo

Our Student Housing vertical is designed exclusively for students, with properties located near major colleges and universities. It provides safe, affordable, and engaging living spaces that help students focus on their academics while enjoying a vibrant community experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the student housing property, including occupancy, rent collection, and upkeep.
Address student queries and create a safe, positive, and engaging community.
Maintain records and documentation (agreements, maintenance, communication).
Lead and train a small facilities team (1–4 members).
Deliver excellent student experience throughout their stay.
