Job descriptionProven results in growing social media accounts, as this is the most important requirement. Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, reach mechanics, and engagement tactics. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and suggest improvements. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. No formal education or background required, only results and practical understanding matter. Interest in travel, points, or lifestyle content. Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Meta Business Suite.
AceMyTravel is an early-stage startup, building an AI-powered points optimization platform. Help user optimize their rewards points as best as possible to book vacations.
Responsibilities
- Grow AceMyTravel's Instagram and TikTok presence by improving reach, engagement, and followers.
- Track performance metrics and analyze insights to find what drives growth.
- Optimize posting times, hashtags, captions, and engagement strategies.
- Identify trends, sounds, and formats that can help the content perform better.
- Manage audience engagement, reply to comments, and build connections with relevant creators and pages.
- Conduct a full audit of AceMyTravel's current social media and share what you'd change or improve to accelerate growth.
- Present proof of previous growth , such as examples where you helped a page or brand grow from X followers to Y followers.
