Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment Support : Assist in job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.

Employee Relations : Support employee engagement initiatives and help address employee concerns.

HR Administration : Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and support documentation processes.

Training Coordination : Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions and development programs.

Performance Management : Support performance review cycles and feedback processes.

HR Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Data Management : Prepare and analyze HR reports, including metrics on recruitment, retention, and performance.

Event Coordination : Help organize team-building activities and employee engagement events.

Qualifications :

MBA or BBA in Human Resources or a related field.

Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.
