Job Title : MERN Developer / Next.js Developer / Full Stack JavaScript Developer

Experience : 4–5 Years

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop highly responsive and SEO-optimized front-end applications using React.js and Next.js (SSR / SSG / ISR)

2. Build and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MySQL

3. Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend logic using Node.js and Express.js

4. Collaborate closely with UI / UX designers and product teams to turn concepts into functional interfaces

5. Optimise front-end performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and follow best practices in component architecture

6. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

7. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the front-end and back-end stack

Required Skills :

1. Priority : Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js, including :

a. Server-side rendering (SSR)

b. Static site generation (SSG)

c. Incremental static regeneration (ISR)

d. API routes in Next.js

2. Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for backend development

3. Solid understanding of MySQL or other relational databases

4. Familiarity with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (a plus), and RESTful APIs.

5. Good knowledge of performance optimisation, security best practices, and clean code principles

6. Experience with Git and collaborative version control tools like GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket.

7. Ability to work effectively in a team, take initiative, and manage time independently
