SALARY : INR 15–20 Lakhs per annum (CTC)

Our client, a reputed multinational in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Finance to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring sound financial management, driving strategic financial planning, and maintaining robust internal controls. This role requires a balance of hands-on operational expertise and strategic financial leadership to support business growth and sustainability.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Financial Management

• Lead the organization’s financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to support day-to-day operations and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee trade receivables and payables while ensuring optimal working capital management.
• Handle all banking relationships and financial documentation effectively.
• Supervise payroll administration, salary budgeting, and monthly reconciliations.
• Ensure expense control and adherence to approved budgets.
