Naresh IT is hiring for HR Placement executive ,Should handle complete IT placement drives for Naresh IT Students.

Getting in touch with HR from top corporate houses and getting them on corporate tie up for Naresh IT student placements.

Responsible for End to end Corporate Recruitment cycle.

Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.

Conduct initial phone interviews or pre-screening assessments to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.

Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers or participate in interview panels.
