Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with 10–13 years of expertise in US Corporate Taxation . The role involves managing tax compliance, reporting, and advisory services for US entities, while ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and US GAAP requirements . The candidate should have strong exposure to US Federal and State tax laws , along with proven ability to interact with US-based clients and stakeholders, providing strategic insights and building trusted relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• US Corporate Tax Compliance & Reporting
• Oversee preparation and filing of US Federal, State, and Local tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IRS regulations, and tax deadlines .
• Review and manage tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, and reconciliations.
• Client Interaction & Advisory
• Act as a primary point of contact for US clients , providing updates, clarifications, and guidance.
• Understand client requirements, deliver tax solutions, and build long-term relationships.
• Present tax strategies and reports to US stakeholders and senior management.
• Tax Planning & Strategy
• Provide tax planning advice to optimize US corporate tax liabilities.
• Analyze business transactions, mergers, and cross-border activities for tax implications.
• Monitor US tax law updates and assess their impact on clients / business.
• Audit Support & Representation
• Manage US tax audits, assessments, and regulatory inquiries.
• Prepare necessary documentation and liaise with US auditors and tax authorities.
• Leadership & Team Development
• Mentor and guide junior team members on US tax processes and compliance.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables within deadlines across client portfolios.
• Drive process improvements in tax compliance, reporting, and client servicing .
