Roles & Responsibilities :

• Set the strategic roadmap and develop QA processes and strategies for both manual and automation testing.
• Implement tools and metrics to proactively measure the quality of the whole product suite.
• Analyze the data thoroughly to find the areas of growth and improvement.
• Develop strategies to improve the production process.
• You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the QA process for data and reporting products at Media.net.
• You will be communicating with different stakeholders to understand requirements and discuss the test plan.
• You would be handling multiple projects at the same time.
• Lead, mentor and Coach junior team members.
