- Currency Exchange : Handle foreign currency exchange and provide accurate exchange rates
- Banking Transactions : Account Management : Assist customers with account-related tasks, such as balance inquiries, account transfers, and statement requests
- Security : Security Measures : Adhere to security and compliance procedures, including verifying customer identification and detecting counterfeit currency
- Records and Documentation : Documentation : Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift
