Position : Direct Software Field Sales Executive

Functional Area : Software Application Sales (ERP / HRMS / CRM / Document Management / Website Development / Mobile App)

Experience Required :

Minimum 3 years in Software Sales or IT Product Sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and generate leads through company databases, field visits, and networking.

Conduct product demonstrations (ERP, HRMS, CRM, DMS, Website, Mobile Apps).

Manage complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Achieve assigned sales targets within defined timelines.

Mandatory Skills :

Proven experience in Software Application Sales (ERP / HRMS / CRM / DMS / Website / Mobile App).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently with target-oriented approach.
