Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for a skilled, experienced civil project manager who already has experience leading a team of site engineers on residential construction projects. Responsibilities Creating a construction schedule and monitoring construction quality Inspection of construction sites Creating budgets and ensuring the timely completion of projects Coordinating with site engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering
• Experience in coordinating with project managers
• A flexible team worker with problem-solving skills
• Execution of civil activities in a construction location.
• Studying drawings and specifications and executing them.
• Handling the queries and resolving the problems related to site execution, drawing, etc.
• Ensuring the safety of the site.

Desired Candidate Profile B.E. / B.Tech., Civil Engineering, with 3-5 years of experience in the fit-out industry. Must have knowledge of fit-out & general civil works.
