• Design develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform Customize ServiceNow applications to meet organizational requirements Write and maintain code to enhance platform functionality Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business needs Ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with best practices Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs Participate in testing deployment and documentation of ServiceNow solutions
