Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter with a strong consulting background to join our team supporting a newly established Global Capability Center (GCC) through our RPO partnership. Positioned onsite at the client location in Hyderabad, you will play a key role in hiring for both technology and non-technology roles, contributing to the successful build-out of the GCC.

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end recruitment for technology and non-technology positions, leveraging consultative hiring expertise.
• Partner with client hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
• Drive strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer management processes aligned with GCC setup requirements.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track and manage recruitment metrics to meet client expectations and project goals.
