Human Resources Executive / Manager [11 / 10 / 2025]

Shift : 1 PM to 10 PM IST (UK Shift)

Job Description :

We’re looking for someone ready to take the wheel. We’re ~100 people strong and looking for a hands-on HR professional to take charge of People Ops, Recruitment, and Learning & Development - essentially, the full HR spectrum as a one-person show.

What you’ll do :

• Lead the entire employee lifecycle : recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and exits.
• Manage People Operations : HR policies, compliance, and day-to-day HR administration.
• Design and drive Learning & Development (L&D) programs that help our people grow.
• Foster employee engagement, resolve conflicts, and champion a positive culture.
• Work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
