Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. Good experience into Paid Media and Performance marketing 3+ years of proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns (agency experience preferred). Demonstrated success in driving measurable ROI and scaling campaigns. Hands-on expertise with Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Mandatory : Experience managing E-commerce / D2C / App-based clients with a monthly ad spend of ₹1 Cr+. About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Facebook Ads Specialist to lead our paid marketing initiatives across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and creative — someone who can manage large-scale campaigns, optimize for performance, and deliver strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Marketing and Performance marketing experience
- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns end-to-end.
- Develop strategies to drive conversions, sales, and brand awareness.
- Analyze performance data, derive insights, and make data-backed decisions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to refine ad copies, visuals, and targeting strategies.
- Conduct A / B testing for creatives, headlines, and ad formats.
- Manage and report on campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics.
- Present campaign insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
