Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Architect with expertise in Automation Anywhere to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of the Automation Anywhere platform, strong experience in automation strategy, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end RPA projects across various domains.

Location : Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and architect end-to-end RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to gather automation requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Define best practices, standards, and frameworks for RPA implementation and governance.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, including code reviews, solution design validation, and performance optimization.
• Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of the RPA infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the automation project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and integrate advanced features like IQ Bots, OCR, ML, and API integrations as required.
• Support the creation of reusable components, libraries, and framework-level solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for potential automation candidates.
• Collaborate with IT and Infrastructure teams for deployment, scheduling, and monitoring.
