We are looking for skilled XR / AR / VR Developers with strong Unity experience to join our growing team at GenXReality .

🔍 Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Unity 3D
Clear understanding of Meta Quest / Meta Quest 3 (Meta 3S) development
Experience with :
XR Interaction Toolkit
OpenXR
VR performance optimization
C# programming
Ability to build interactive UI / UX for VR
Knowledge of deploying and debugging apps on Meta Quest 3 / 3S
Bonus : Experience with custom VR hardware integration, shaders, multiplayer, or WebXR.

🧑💻 Responsibilities

Develop high-quality XR applications in Unity

Optimize VR experiences for performance and comfort

Work closely with our product and design teams

Prototype new interactions and VR training modules

Build applications aligned with GenXReality’s vision of accessible, immersive XR
