Job Summary

The Procurement and Shipping Logistics Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and logistics operations, including sourcing, vendor management, order processing, inbound / outbound shipments, and inventory coordination. The role ensures timely availability of materials and efficient delivery performance while optimizing cost, quality, and operational efficiency to support production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials, components, and services.
• Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
• Monitor supplier performance related to quality, delivery timelines, and pricing.
• Ensure timely material availability for production and project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Finance team for vendor payments and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify alternate sourcing options.
