Google Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer

ParadigmIT is seeking a seasoned GCP DevOps Engineer to design implement and manage scalable secure and resilient infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform GCP.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in DevOps, CI / CD Infrastructure as Code IaC container orchestration and cloud Responsibilities :

• Build scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructures using GCP services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Functions, BigQuery and Cloud Storage
• Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab CI or Cloud Build
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform Google Cloud Deployment Manager or similar IaC tools
• Design and deploy AI / ML pipelines leveraging Google AI Services, including model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring with platforms like Vertex AI.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes GKE
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability using tools like Prometheus Grafana and Google Cloud Observability
• Implement and enforce cloud security best practices including IAM encryption and secure coding
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline deployments and troubleshoot issues
• Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization
• Document infrastructure deployment processes and operational Skills Qualifications :
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with GCP including compute, storage, networking, database, security, and AI services
• Skilled in Python, Go, or Bash; proficient in containerization (Kubernetes, Docker); adept in monitoring and troubleshooting across stack.
• Strong knowledge in cloud architecture is a big plus
• Experience architecting and deploying AI / ML solutions; deep understanding of the AI lifecycle, tools, and Google AI service offerings.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking security and DevOps methodologies
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools Google Cloud Observability Prometheus Grafana
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving with a proactive and collaborative approach to continuous learning
