Role Description

This is a full-time Barista role, based in Gurugram. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages, ensuring food preparation aligns with health and safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Barista will also maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills and techniques, and knowledge of food preparation safety standards
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to create a welcoming environment
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
