My Indian Things (MIT) is a Bangalore-based design & execution powerhouse transforming residential, corporate, and educational spaces through custom wallpapers, 3D panels, vertical gardens, blinds, and end-to-end interior storytelling . We work with schools, corporates, cafés, global clients (Dubai, Mauritius, USA, Saudi Arabia), and premium homes.

We are a young, women-led, fast-growing brand , scaling from a café redesign spark to a ₹1.2 Cr+ design execution company—built on quality, speed, emotions, and systems.

Role Summary

The Director of Operations is the backbone of MIT’s delivery engine.

You will oversee end-to-end execution :

• Lead the Operations, Logistics, Measurement, Production, Vendor, Installation & QC teams
• Build systems, SOPs, timelines, and cross-department coordination
• Ensure MIT’s signature speed + quality + experience in every project
• Optimize workflows, reduce errors, and scale capacity

This role requires high ownership , decision-making, leadership, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects across India and internationally.
