We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and approachable Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role requires strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple administrative and front-office responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to the team.Maintain and update office records, contact lists, and filing systems.Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room coordination.Support in the preparation of reports, documents, and correspondence as required.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
