Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Conversion :
- Engage with incoming customer leads generated via ads and follow up proactively to convert them into successful bookings.
- Customer Interaction :
- Understand customer requirements with empathy and offer the best-suited event packages / services.
- Vendor Coordination :
- Act as a strong bridge between customers and our event vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
- CRM & Follow-ups :
- Maintain updated records of all interactions and ensure timely follow-ups for undecided leads.
Must-Have Skills :
Good communication in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients.Proactive, organized, and highly responsive.Strong coordination skills with both customers and vendors.Empathy-driven approach towards customer conversations.Good-to-Have :
