  • Ensure strong alignment with the HR Manager in Gurgaon on policies, processes, and cultural initiatives
  • Reinforce company values through consistent communication, leadership coaching, and role modeling
  • Guarantee compliance with Indian labor laws , especially Maharashtra regulations, in collaboration with legal counsel
  • Implement feedback loops, monitor engagement levels, and proactively address emerging team concerns
  • Support career development, recognition, and retention programs for high-potential talent
  • Maintain accurate HR data while supporting HR reporting, compensation cycles, and benefits administration

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience navigating complex employee relations , including misconduct, underperformance, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian employment law , with specific experience in Maharashtra (Pune preferred).

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence engineers, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); experience working within global organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience supporting multi-site or remote teams in India is a plus.
