We are seeking an expert sales or operations leader with 10+ years of experience to replicate high-margin services in the US market. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of selling niche services globally and leveraging existing client bases.

Main Responsibilities :

• Building and leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
• Developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market share, and enhance profitability.
• Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through effective networking and relationship-building.
• Managing profit and loss statements, business objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company goals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of the US market. A Master's degree in Business Administration is highly valued.
