Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a software development project that integrates Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) with a custom full-stack web application. The role demands strong planning, coordination, strict and aggressive timelines and execution skills to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality. The PM must drive collaboration across teams, anticipate risks early, and maintain control over schedule, scope, and resources to achieve successful on-time delivery.
Candidates with academic backgrounds in Mechanical, Civil, or Production, CS, IT Engineering are preferred.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business and customer goals.
- Develop compressed project schedules with clearly defined milestones and critical paths.
- Manage L4-level project planning and governance reporting, driving proactive risk mitigation and timely escalation to Management to maintain delivery timelines.
- Utilize fast-tracking and crashing techniques to meet tight deadlines.
- Continuously monitor the project schedule and ensure adherence to planned timelines.
- Establish daily or weekly checkpoints to ensure progress remains on track.
- Lead end-to-end execution with a focus on meeting tight delivery timelines. Coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve dependencies quickly, and optimize resources for efficiency. Maintain strong follow-up, progress reporting, and delivery discipline.
- Act as a single communication point for clients and leadership. Ensure transparency on project status, risks, and changes. Manage expectations effectively and implement proactive mitigation to minimize schedule impacts.
- Align team priorities with delivery urgency, promote ownership and accountability, and ensure resource readiness. Engage additional or backup resources as needed to prevent timeline risks.
- Balance speed and quality through early validation, frequent testing, and close coordination with QA and DevOps teams. Capture lessons learned to enhance future delivery under tight schedules.
- Track project progress using PM tools (Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps). Provide concise, time-focused status reports and ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines and standards.
- Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading strategic meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
- Prepare and manage financial reporting for leadership, including profit and loss, operational expenditure, and forecasting.
- Plan and manage different areas of development, including UI / UX, UAT, and various SDLC phases
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience in managing software / technology project deliveries.Knowledge of Full Stack Web Development technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, .NET Core, Python, or similar).Exposure Autodesk Construction Cloud.Experience working with REST APIs and integration projects.Understanding Azure and AWS Cloud, Azure DevOps, and CI / CD pipelines is a plus.Familiarity with Power BI, data connectors, or similar reporting tools.Expertise in scheduling and monitoring tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain focus on tight deadlines.Prior Exposure to AI tech in projectWork from On Site / Client Location whenever needed.Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 6 years in architecture or solution design roles. Expertise in architecture design, technology evaluation, and system integration. Strong understanding of Full Stack Development using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, .NET Core, Python, or Java). Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), cloud-native architectures, and deployment strategies. Experience in microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration with third-party platforms. Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, data connector frameworks is a plus. Strong exposure to CI / CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of data security, encryption, and compliance frameworks. Experience with architecture governance, documentation, and design reviews. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to mentor development teams, review design decisions, and ensure architectural consistency. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Cloud Architecture Certifications – AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert. PMP, TOGAF, or Agile Certification. Exposure to AI / ML-based architecture, automation frameworks, or data-driven analytics platforms. Experience with enterprise integration platforms, API gateways, or service mesh technologies. Prior experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing domain solutions is an advantage.
