Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' fit for specific SAP positions and ensure alignment with company culture.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Facilitate the interview process, providing feedback to candidates and stakeholders as needed.
Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates.
Assist in negotiating job offers and closing candidates.

Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP Recruiter.
Bachelor's Degree (or) an MBA with any Specialization.
Familiarity with SAP modules, terminology is required
Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates effectively.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
