About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Engineer / Executive to join our growing team in Agra. The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in automation, web development, CRM management, and coding, along with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. This role combines technical expertise with innovative thinking to enhance business operations, digital infrastructure, and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and manage websites using modern technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, etc.).
• Implement and manage automation tools and processes to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Manage and customize CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to support marketing and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate technical solutions for campaigns, lead tracking, and analytics.
• Develop, test, and maintain software scripts or applications for business automation.
• Perform coding, debugging, and system troubleshooting as needed.
• Manage and analyze data using Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.).
• Ensure smooth integration of internal systems, APIs, and databases.
• Support IT infrastructure, networking, and security operations.
• Research and deploy emerging technologies to enhance productivity and innovation.

Required Skills :

Hands-on experience in Automation Tools & Scripting (e.g., Python, Power Automate, or similar).

Strong knowledge of Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress).

Proficiency in CRM Management & Automation (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Expertise in Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables, data analysis).

Solid foundation in Coding, Debugging, and Algorithmic Thinking .

Familiarity with Database Management (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).

Basic understanding of Networking and IT Systems .

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
