Role Overview
INA Solar is seeking seasoned Key Account Management professionals to drive strategic sales of solar PV modules. The role requires strong industry expertise, deep client relationships, and the ability to manage large EPCs, developers, and institutional clients in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and revenue growth for solar module business in the defined territory.
- Manage and expand relationships with top EPC companies, developers, PSUs, and distributors.
- Develop strategic account plans and ensure achievement of annual sales targets.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and long-term agreements with key customers.
- Identify emerging opportunities, build business pipelines, and drive conversions.
- Provide regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and competitor intelligence.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, MBA, or related field.Minimum 8–12 years of experience in sales / business development, with at least 4–5 years in solar modules or renewable energy.Strong network with senior decision-makers in EPCs, developers, and government bodies.Proven track record of closing large-scale deals and exceeding revenue targets.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
