As a AI Software Developer, you will design and implement advanced AI / ML solutions that transform healthcare technology. You'll work on cutting-edge projects involving generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative software.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deploy AI / ML models for enterprise applications. Implement reusable frameworks and libraries.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to align AI solutions with business goals. Optimize algorithms for performance and compliance.
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
• Knowledge of LLMs, RAG systems, and generative AI.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.
• Advanced degree in AI / ML or related field. Experience with MLOps and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations.
