Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities -

• Drive LAP sales growth by meeting and exceeding assigned targets, both for individual sales and the branch as a whole.
• Will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets.
• Building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth branch operations.
• Managing LAP sales, managing the loan application process ,ensuring compliance, and overseeing branch administration.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
