Job descriptionCraft Immersive XR Experiences : Bring design concepts to life through meticulous attention to detail and innovative problem-solving, ensuring seamless user experiences in XR applications. Streamline Development Processes : Lead efficient strategies to streamline XR prototyping, exploring new ideas and pushing the boundaries of innovation in XR technology. Engineer High-Quality Code : Design, build, and maintain robust, reusable codebases that prioritize performance, reliability, and scalability in XR applications. Optimize Performance and Quality : Identify and address bottlenecks to ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness in XR applications. Collaborate and Communicate : Foster collaboration and communication within the team and across departments, aligning on project goals and timelines to achieve our XR vision. 4 - 8 years' Experience in Unity 3D / Content Development : Demonstrated proficiency in Unity 3D development, with a passion for exploring XR technologies and pushing the boundaries of innovation. Exceptional Communication Skills : Clear and effective communication abilities, enabling seamless collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Strong 3D Math Skills : Mastery of 3D mathematical concepts, coupled with the ability to apply them effectively in XR application development. Technical Acumen and Collaboration : Strong technical abilities with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions. Proficiency in C# Object-Oriented Programming : Advanced skills in C# programming and scripting languages, with a focus on object-oriented design principles and best practices. Experience with Unity Assets : Hands-on experience working with Unity assets, including meshes, animations, materials, and other resources, to enhance XR application development. Performance Optimization Expertise : Experience profiling and optimizing app and render performance for both GPU and CPU environments, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness. Source Control and Team Collaboration : Familiarity with source control systems such as Git in collaborative development environments, facilitating efficient team collaboration and version control. Understanding of UX Design Process : Solid understanding of the UX design process, with the ability to collaborate effectively with UX design teams to translate user requirements into engaging XR experiences.

Objectives of this Role
- Lead Innovative XR Development : Take the helm in transforming conceptual ideas into immersive XR experiences. From brainstorming sessions to final implementation, you'll spearhead the creation of captivating features and components, driving the app lifecycle forward with creativity and precision.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Seamlessly integrate with cross-functional teams to bring our XR vision to life. Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with designers, engineers, and content creators (3D team), ensuring that all elements align seamlessly to deliver awe-inspiring features on schedule.
- Drive Continuous Improvement : Embrace a culture of relentless improvement, where every day presents an opportunity to innovate and elevate our products. Through proactive problem-solving and the implementation of cutting-edge solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and performance of our applications.
