Project Support Coordinator

Job descriptionLiaise with principals, training officers, and local government officials to facilitate institutelevel onboarding. Mobilize student and faculty participation through on-ground visits, awareness sessions, Support signing of MoUs and data coordination. Identify regional opportunities for scaling the program across nearby districts. Deliver predefined curriculum modules on : Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals (conceptual awareness and use cases in Career Management Essentials (résumé building, communication, interviews) Graduate degree (preferably in Education, Management, or Social Sciences). Technical background not mandatory; Minimum 2–4 years of experience in training, mobilization, or educational program delivery. Prior experience with government institutions, especially ITIs or skilling programs, preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills (English / regional language proficiency required). Comfortable using digital tools and online learning platforms. Ability to build institutional relationships and motivate learners. Confident delivery of content post Training of Trainers (ToT). Self-driven, organized, and willing to travel within assigned districts. Reports to State Program Manager / Regional Coordinator. Works closely with the Technical Lead and Program team for data and compliance reporting. Expected to maintain weekly schedules, attendance logs, and training reports.
