Job Title : Office 365 CoPilot Developer
Job Summary / Requisition Description
We are seeking an Office 365 CoPilot Developer to design and develop intelligent agent solutions that enhance human-in-the-loop interactions with job descriptions and talent workflows. The ideal candidate will have deep technical experience with Microsoft CoPilot Studio, Office 365 integration, and AI-driven automation using Power Platform components. This role will collaborate closely with HR and technology teams to streamline content creation, ensure data security, and deliver intuitive user experiences leveraging enterprise AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy CoPilot agents and plugins within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Build intelligent human-in-the-loop experiences that enable CoPilot to generate, summarize, and refine job descriptions in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Integrate CoPilot with the CoPilot Knowledge Store to source contextual data and improve retrieval accuracy.
- Implement Power Automate workflows to support automated approvals, notifications, and document management.
- Utilize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve the relevance of CoPilot responses with enterprise data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional AI and HR product teams to design and enhance agent behavior and prompt flows.
- Maintain governance and compliance alignment across M365 and AI deployments.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency with CoPilot Studio (custom agent and plugin development).Experience with Office 365 Integration , including Teams, SharePoint, and Word extensions.Expertise in Power Automate for process automation and workflow orchestration.Understanding of CoPilot Knowledge Store and enterprise data connectivity patterns.Solid foundation in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and how they integrate with M365 AI agents.Demonstrated ability to build and test conversational and generative AI agents that support business workflows.Familiarity with enterprise-grade authentication and access controls within Microsoft environments (Azure AD, Entra).Preferred Skills
Experience with Cosine Similarity and Semantic Reranker methods to improve information retrieval accuracy.Exposure to Prompt Engineering and Instruction Prompting for AI system behavior tuning.Knowledge of API integration between CoPilot, external HR systems (e.g., Workday), and Microsoft Graph API.Background in HR or recruiting process automation.Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or AI Cloud solutions.Education & Experience
