Senior Financial Strategist

About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Leader to spearhead our organization's financial strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and finalizing financial statements, auditing and controlling legal entities, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 9-12 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure. A background in start-ups that have achieved scale is an added advantage.

Responsibilities include monthly book closing, MIS reporting, budgetary planning, cash flow management, and coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders. The selected candidate will also oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and lead team management and development efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• A qualified Chartered Accountant with 9-12 years of experience
• Experience in start-ups or technology-enabled space
• Ability to handle coordination with multiple internal / external teams
• Previous work with Big 4 audit firms or equivalent
• Excellent working skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of ERP environment (SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox) and automation
