Network Troubleshooting and Optimization : Diagnose and resolve issues across Ethernet,

fiber, and wireless networks. Optimize network performance through regular maintenance

and configuration adjustments.

Installation and System Upgrades : Deploy and configure a variety of network equipment,

including but not limited to routers, switches, WAPs (Wireless Access Points), and ensure their

compatibility within ethernet, fiber and wireless frameworks.

Comprehensive Cabling Solutions : Execute expert installation, management, and

troubleshooting of cabling infrastructures, including copper for Ethernet networks and fiber

optics for high-speed connections, ensuring optimal network performance and reliability.

Wireless Network Expertise : Implement and manage wireless networking solutions, including

the setup of WAPs, ensuring secure and efficient wireless connectivity across data centers.

Documentation and Process Improvement : Support documentation of network setups,

configurations, and optimizations. Continually assess and recommend improvements to

network install area, cabling, and other infrastructure setup.

Collaboration : Collaborate with NOC and network engineering teams to troubleshoot, deploy

and enhance operational efficiency.

"Requirements :

2-3 years of experience in a data centre technician role or similar, with a portfolio

showcasing previous projects.

• CCNA or equivalent network certification.
